Dosage
Suspension: infants 6-12 months of age (7-9 kg) 2.5 ml three times per day (150 mg / day); children from 2-4 years of age (10-15 kg) 2.5 ml 3-4 times a day (150-200 mg / day); children 5-6 years of age (16-18 kg) 5 ml 3 times per day (300 mg / day); children 7-10 years of age (19-28 kg) 5 ml of 4 times a day (400 mg / day); children 11-13 years of age (29-40 kg) 10 ml 3 times per day (600 mg / day); children over 40 kg bw 10 ml 4 times a day (800 mg / day). The maximum daily dose is 1,200 mg per day. The intervals between doses should be at least 6 h. The drug should not be used longer than 10 days for the treatment of pain and more than 3 days in the treatment of fever without consulting your doctor.
