Dosage Groprinosin syrup: Dosage is determined based on body weight and disease.For adults, - recommended dose is 50 mg / kg of body weight per day (1 ml syrup 1 kg of body weight per day), typically 3 g (or 60 ml of syrup) per day, given in 3 or 4 divided doses. The maximum dose is four grams of syrup per day (i.e. 80 ml of syrup). For children over one year of age - the recommended dose is 50 mg / kg of body weight per day (1 ml syrup 1 kg of body weight per day) in 3 or 4 equally divided doses throughout the day. Treatment usually lasts from 5 to 14 days, the drug must be taken for 1-2 days after the resolution of symptoms.
