Ingredients of Black cumin:

Black cold pressed seed oil, gelatin (shell component), retinyl palmitate, emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitol monolaurate (polysorbate 20).

The content of ingredients in two capsules (recommended daily dose): black seed oil - 1000mg, including: unsaturated fatty acids - 842mg, including: monounsaturated fatty acids - 249mg (including: oleic acid (Omega-9) - 234mg); polyunsaturated fatty acids - 593mg (including: linoleic acid (Omega-6) - 567mg); vitamin A (retinol equivalent) - 400mcg (50% of the reference intake).
