BODYMAX Plus Usage:
Adults: 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning.
Bodymax can be used for a longer period of time, however, after about 3 months of treatment, take a break in taking the preparation for 2 to 4 weeks. The first positive effects are noticeable after about two weeks of taking the preparation, i.e. after saturating the body with ginsenosides. These effects persist for a long time after stopping the preparation.
