  • Sodium chloride eye drops. Isotonic eye solution with moisturizing effect enriched with potassium iodide is recommended for moisturizing the eye. The Cataroft medical device is indicated, for example, as a support for the absorption of exudates or bleeding into the vitreous.

Cataroft eye drops Composition:
Sodium chloride 2mg / ml, potassium iodide, sodium thiosulphate, disodium edetate, chlorhexidine diacetate, sodium hydroxide, water for injection.

Cataroft eye drops Action:
Cataroft eye drops is an isotonic solution enriched with potassium iodide. The product can be used for regular moisturizing of the eye, applying it directly to the eye or making a compress on the eyelid. Thanks to the potassium iodide, i.e. the ingredient that shows the ability to capture free radicals, the spray is indicated for use in prevention and as adjunctive treatment of exudates and hemorrhages in the eye.

Sodium chloride eye drops Application:
Medical device Cataroft eye drops designed for use in eye moisturizing (as eye drops or in the form of an eyelid wrap). Drops can be used adjunctively during the absorption process, especially exudates, vitreous haemorrhage, as well as cataracts of various etiology. The product is suitable for adults and children.

Additional information:
Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. After opening, use within 28 days. If other eye preparations are given, a minimum of five minutes rest should be taken after Cataroft drops have been applied. People wearing contact lenses must take off glasses before using the drops. Lenses can be re-installed 20 minutes after application.

Contraindications:
Do not use in the case of hypersensitivity to any component of eye drops. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in people with chronic pyoderma. Do not use in newborns. Do not use in case of haemorrhagic diathesis or in people with abnormal thyroid function.

Directions for use:
Use as directed by your doctor, which determines the frequency of use and duration of treatment. As a rule, it is recommended to apply 1-2 drops to each eye 2-4 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
