How to use the Strep A'lert Test:

For external use only. Read the package leaflet carefully before use. Wash your hands thoroughly before performing the test. Take a sample from the throat using a swab and spatula - standing in front of the mirror, tilt your head back and open your mouth, hold the tongue with a spatula, and with a cotton tip of the swab take a sample from the throat, area of ​​the tonsils and red sore spots. Then insert the sample into the extraction tube. Add 6 drops from the bottle with the blue cap to the test tube, followed by 6 drops from the bottle with the green cap. A C-line should appear in the control area, which means the test is running correctly and the test has been performed correctly. In the absence of the C-line the test is invalid The appearance of the T line in the test area indicates a positive result, i.e. the presence of Streptococcus pyogenes.
