- Vitamin E is a preparation characterized by strong antioxidant properties. It protects against damage caused by oxygen radicals.This prevents hemolysis of erythrocytes.
Composition:
1 ml of solution (approx. 27 drops) contains: tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) - and 300 mg of peanut oil; 1 drop contains about 11 mg of Vitamin E.
Action:
The product operates on the basis of vitamin E, which is a component necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It protects against the harmful effects of excessive amounts of compounds having oxidizing properties. In addition, it prevents red blood cell hemolysis. Its antioxidant action and protection against damage by oxygen radicals play a significant role in the proper operation of the muscle tissue and the nervous system. Vitamin E can also serve as a cofactor in certain enzymatic systems (substance required in certain metabolic processes).
Contraindications:
- allergic to the constituent substances preparation
- a lack of vitamin K
Indications:
Apply for a deficit of vitamin E in the body. The product is recommended for the treatment of secondary: coronary heart disease, hypertension, and to prevent atherosclerosis. Use the thrombotic vasculitis, hemolytic anemia, diabetes, treating late diskinez, kolagenozach, long-term liver disease, biliary tract and pancreas.
Dosage:
For oral use. Adolescents over 15 years of age and adults given: in prophylaxis - 3 drops / 24h, cystic fibrosis - 100-200 mg / 24h, abetalipoproteinemia - 50-100 mg / kg mc./24h. Children on the prevention of state: newborn infants and children up to 6 years -1 drop / 24, children aged 7 to 15 years - 2 drops / 24. With cystic fibrosis children under 1 year of age - 50 mg / 24h; children over one year of age - 100 mg / 24h. When abetalipoproteinemia - 50-100 mg / kg mc./24h. After some period of cholestasis in children under 2 years -150-200 mg / kg mc./24h
