Aspicam Bio 7.5mg x 30 tablets
The active substance of Aspicam Bio 7.5mg is meloxicam, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is an analgesic indicated for the treatment of osteoarticular and muscular pain in the course of rheumatoid diseases.
Composition of Aspicam Bio 7.5mg:
Active substance: meloxicam (Meloxicamum). One tablet contains 7.5 mg meloxicam and excipients: lactose monohydrate, povidone, crospovidone, magnesium stearate.
Action Aspicam Bio 7.5mg:
Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. The indication for the use of Aspicam Bio 7.5mg is exacerbation of the symptoms of rheumatoid and degenerative joint diseases. For use above 15 years of age.
Application:
The medicinal product Aspicam Bio 7.5mg indicated for short-term treatment of exacerbations of rheumatoid disease symptoms (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis).
Additional information:
The product should be stored out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. If you experience visual disturbances, dizziness or drowsiness, do not drive or use machines after taking the medicine. The drug contains lactose (128.4mg in one tablet, people with known intolerance to some sugars should consult a doctor about the possibility of using the drug). It is not recommended to use the drug in the treatment of acute bouts of pain. It may mask the symptoms of a cold (e.g. fever).
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug and allergies to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use if wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath and skin rash, swelling of the skin or mucous membranes occur after taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use in the presence of gastric or intestinal ulceration, bleeding, severe hepatic impairment, recent brain bleeding (and other bleeding), or severe heart failure. Do not use in patients not on dialysis with severe renal impairment. Do not use below 15 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy (especially during the third trimester) and lactation.
Side effects of Aspicam Bio 7.5mg:

Adverse reactions occurring: very common: indigestion, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, loose stools, often: headache; uncommon: dizziness, drowsiness, anemia, increase in blood pressure, flushing, sodium and water retention, hyperkalemia, belching, gastritis, gastrointestinal bleeding, oral mucositis, immediate allergic reactions, pruritus, rash, swelling, edema angioedema, temporary impairment of liver function tests, impairment of laboratory tests of renal function; Rare: mood disorders, nightmares, blood count disturbances, tinnitus, palpitations, stomach or duodenal ulcer, esophagitis, asthma attacks. blistering of the skin, peeling of the epidermis, urticaria, blurred vision, colitis. Very rare: bullous skin reactions and erythema multiforme, hepatitis, acute renal failure, perforation of the intestinal wall. Not known: confusion, confusion, shortness of breath and skin reactions, heart failure, complete loss of certain types of white blood cells.
Dosage of Aspicam Bio 7.5mg tablets:
Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. Use orally with water, take with a meal. It is recommended to use one tablet a day. Do not use the drug for more than 7 days without consulting first with your doctor.
