Recommended Bifidobacterium, lactobacillus rhamnosus, KALLERGEN plus sachets dosage:
1x daily one sachet dissolved in still water (approx. 200 ml), e.g. B. drink in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed. As a cure, it is recommended to take it for a period of at least 3 months until the skin symptoms have completely disappeared.
