Dosage of Melatonin, Melabiorythm tablets:

Adults: sleep disturbances associated with the change of time zones: 2-3 mgMelatonin, Melabiorythm once a day, use after dark. Use of the drug should start on the first day of travel and continue for 2-3 days after the end of the journey; circadian rhythm disturbances of sleep and wakefulness, which are associated e.g. with shift work: 1-5mg daily, use before bedtime; circadian rhythm disturbances of sleep and wakefulness in blind people: 0.5-5mg daily, take around 21:00 - 22:00. Similarly, the drug is used for long-term use of the drug. In the case of long-term treatment of circadian rhythm of sleep and wakefulness, the effect is observed after 2 weeks. The lowest effective dose of melatonin is recommended.
