POLPRAZOL MAX Composition:
The active substance is omeprazol.1 capsule contains enteric-coated pellets containing 20 mg of omeprazole. Other ingredients are sugar spheres (sucrose and maize starch), sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), sodium lauryl sulphate, povidone K30, potassium oleate, hypromellose, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer (1: 1), triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc. The composition of the capsule's lid: erythrosine (E 127), titanium dioxide (E 171), gelatin, indigo carmine (E 132). The composition of the capsule body: erythrosine (E 127), quinoline yellow (E 104), titanium dioxide (E 171), gelatin. Composition of Ink: shellac, anhydrous ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, n-butanol, povidone, sodium hydroxide, titanium dioxide (E 171).
POLPRAZOL MAX Action:
It works based on omeprazole, which is a racemic mixture of two enantiomers. Reduces the production of gastric acid, thereby relieving the discomfort associated with the retreat of the acid into the esophagus and prevents its occurrence. Removes burning pain in the chest and a sour taste in the mouth. The best effect of the drug observed after 2-3 days of use. The formulation is in the form of capsules containing the pellets to counteract degradation of the drug and acid from the stomach. Therefore, it is important not to chew or crush and capsules. The pellets containing omeprazole, which is released in the intestine.
