The rose hips (Rosa Canina L.) from NaturKraftWerke® come from certified organic cultivation. The rosehip powder is used as an ingredient in breakfast muesli or as a sour note in sauces and dips. It can also be added to stews, soups and baked goods, as the vitamin C in rose hips is exceptionally heat stable. To loosen the bread dough, you can add some rosehip powder and a pinch of baking soda.
