The indication for the use of the AulinDol is pain and swelling associated with a tendon injury (so-called acute traumatic tendinitis) or sprain. The medicinal product AulinDol 0.03 g / g has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties - it contains nimesulide as the active substance.

Composition of AulinDol, tendon injury (acute traumatic tendinitis) or sprain gel:

Active substance: nimesulide (Nimesulidum). 1 g of gel contains 30 mg of nimesulide and auxiliary substances: diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, macrogolycerides caprylocaproate, carbomers, disodium edetate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), triethanolamine and purified water.

Action of AulinDol, tendon injury (acute traumatic tendinitis) or sprain gel:

As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, nimesulide has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. This active substance is contained in AulinDol 0.03 g / g gel. The drug is indicated for use in cases of swelling and pain associated with sprains or injuries of the tendons (the so-called acute traumatic tendinitis).

The medicinal product AulinDol 0.03g / g gel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain caused by joint sprains or acute traumatic tendinitis.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. Use within 14 days after opening. The drug contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate: these may cause allergic reactions (including delayed reactions). Do not use the drug on open cuts, wounds and inflammations, as well as around the eyes and mucous membranes (rinse immediately with water after contact). Do not use orally - if swallowed, see a doctor immediately. Do not apply under occlusive dressings. Do not use any ointments or creams at the application site. Use in women during pregnancy and breastfeeding: consultation with a doctor is required; the drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless it is absolutely necessary. The gel can stain skin and clothes. In the case of topical application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, a burning sensation or even phototoxic dermatitis may occur (it is recommended to avoid direct exposure to UV rays during treatment).

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in case of a history of hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. rhinitis, urticaria or bronchospasm) after the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use simultaneously with other topical preparations. Do not use in case of skin infections.

AulinDol Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects during treatment. They are usually mild in nature. Common: pruritus, erythema, rash. If you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction (e.g. swollen face, lips, tongue or throat, or difficulty breathing), stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor. The risk of side effects can be minimized by using the drug for the shortest time necessary to relieve symptoms.

Use the drug as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the leaflet. The amount of gel to be used depends on the size of the painful area, usually a thin layer (3g - 6-7cm strip of gel) is applied to the pain area and rubbed until completely absorbed.
