Diclofenac Diclac Lipogel, contains diclofenac sodium, which has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in the case of sprains in the limbs, bruises and overloading of muscles and joints by excessive physical work.

Local treatment of
• inflammation, pain and swelling of the limbs, such as sprains, bruises, and overloads;
• pain in peripheral joints and spine joints
• inflammation of soft tissues (such as tendonitis or 'tennis elbow')
• limited and mild forms of arthritis.
Action:
Diclac LipoGel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for local use. The mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of diclofenac is to inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis. The preparation has a soothing and cooling effect due to the use of a water-alcohol base.
Dosage:
The preparation should be applied only topically to the skin.
A thin layer of Diclac LipoGel should be applied to the skin surface 3-4 times a day and rubbed gently. Depending on the extent of the disease, apply from 2 g to 4 g of the preparation (volume corresponding to the size from cherry to walnut). Diclac LipoGel should not be used for more than 1-2 weeks. It can be used as an adjuvant treatment for diclofenac given by another route (tablets, suppositories, Injections). Avoid contact of the gel with eyes and mouth. During the first two trimesters of pregnancy, Diclac LipoGel should only be used in well-justified cases. Diclac LipoGel should not be used during the third trimester of pregnancy because of the effect of diclofenac.
