Ingredients:
Glucose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, flavoring (apple flavor), sweetener (sucralose). Contains sugar and sweeteners.
The content of ingredients in 250ml of the prepared solution: glucose - 3600mg 80mmol / l; sodium - 344mg 60mmol / l; potas - 194mg 20mmol / l; chlorides - 407mg 46mmol / l; magnesium - 50mg 8mmol / l; citrate - 794mg 17mmol / l. Total osmolarity: 231mosmol / l.
Action:

Recommended in case of excessive loss of fluids and electrolytes with faeces and urine. Recommended after intensive and long physical exertion, recommended for use during a stay in a hot and humid environment and in the case of a reduced supply of liquids and foods.

Usage:
Recommended daily serving: one sachet. Mix 250ml of cold water and the contents of one sachet in a glass. The solution should be drunk immediately after preparation. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
