  • MBE is used in the prevention and supplementing with vitamin E, magnesium and vitamin B6. Prevention of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, especially in people exposed to stress, staying in a contaminated environment.

Composition MBE, coronary heart disease, heart attack:

1 capsule. Flexible contains 150 mg of Mg 2+ (magnesium oxide), 7.29 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B 6 ), 200 mg of ethyl dl- a -tocopherol (vitamin E).

MBE, coronary heart disease, heart attack Action:

The preparation of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E - thanks to its antioxidant properties - reduces the risk of coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis and other diseases of the etiology associated with oxidative stress, especially in people living in contaminated environments, smoking cigarettes and exposed to stress. The reduction of free radicals, vitamin E prevents damage caused by cell membranes (including red blood cells) and the genetic material of the cell. Magnesium - a key regulator of the cell cycle - is involved in many enzymatic reactions, including redox reactions, carbohydrate metabolism, protein and lipid. It plays an important role in myocardial contraction, preventing any hypoxia and ischemia, and prevents blood vessel wall calcification. Vitamin B 6 increases the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its utilization by 20-40%, making it easier to transport to the cells and keeping magnesium levels at an optimum level. In addition, it is taking, among others, involved in the synthesis of proteins and affects the proper functioning of the hematopoietic system and CNS

Indications: Prevention and supplementation with vitamin E, magnesium and vitamin B 6 .Prevention of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, especially in people exposed to stress, living in polluted environment and smoking cigarettes.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the preparation ingredients, hypermagnesaemia, severe renal failure, atrioventricular block, myasthenia gravis, significant hypotension. Do not use in patients treated with levodopa without a decarboxylase inhibitor.

Pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution.

Interactions: Phosphates, calcium intake, excess lipids, phytates reduce the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract. Magnesium reduces the absorption of iron (ferrous sulfate addition weakens the effect of vitamin E - should be a several-hour interval between administration of the two drugs), fluorine compounds, and oral anticoagulants derivative warfarin. The preparation may antagonize vitamin K, especially in patients treated with oral anticoagulants or estrogen. Large doses of vitamin B 6 undermine the effectiveness of levodopa in patients taking levodopa without a decarboxylase inhibitor.

Dosage MBE, coronary heart disease, heart attack:

Adults oral prophylaxis: 1 caps. Once a day; treatment: 1 capsule. 2 times per day (or the dose may be increased depending on the degree of scarcity).
