NOSPA Max Ingredients:

NOSPA Max Action:
The product belongs to a wide category of preparations exhibiting spasmolytic towards smooth muscle. It contains hydrochloride drotaweryny. The mechanism of action is the retention of phosphodiesterase IV, which in turn increases the levels of cAMP stimulation of myosin light chain kinase, and relaxing the smooth muscles.
