Active ingredient: choline salicylate (Cholini salicylas). 1 g of gel contains 87.1 mg of choline salicylate and excipients: ethanol 96%, glycerol, hypromellose 2910, sodium cyclamate, anise oil, levomenthol, purified water.

Sachodent oral gel is a medicinal product indicated for ulcerations, lesions, irritations, inflammation and pain localized in the oral cavity. The drug contains choline salicylate, has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. The gel is quickly absorbed through the mucosa, effectively relieving pain at the site of application. Usually, you can feel relief after 2-3 minutes after taking the drug. The effect lasts for 2-3 hours.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Consult your doctor if the pain is severe and persistent and is accompanied by elevated body temperature. Use in children and adolescents: the drug is not intended for use under 16 years of age, however, use in children and adolescents under 16 years of age in diseases with fever is contraindicated. Salicylates may increase the effect of anticoagulants as well as inhibit the effect of drugs that increase uric acid excretion. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult a doctor before use. The drug should be used with caution and the doctor's instructions.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in children and adolescents under 16 years of age in the event of a disease with fever.
Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug. Not known: mucosal burning sensation. Side effects common to the salicylate group: frequency unknown - bronchospasm (symptoms - difficulty breathing, bronchial asthma);
stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer; Reye's syndrome (in children and adolescents under 16 years of age with a feverish illness); prolonged bleeding time.
Dosage of the gel for use in the Sachodent oral cavity pain, damage, irritation and ulceration:
Use as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the leaflet. The recommended dose for adolescents over 16 years of age and for adults: apply a strip of gel approximately 0.5-1 cm long (the volume of a pea). Apply with a clean finger to the affected area of the mucosa, massage gently. Use 3-4 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended single dose of the drug. In the event of severe pain, the dose may be repeated every 2-3 hours, but the maximum number of daily applications, which is 8-10, should not be exceeded. The preparation can be applied before meals and at bedtime. If, after 7 days of treatment, there is no improvement or your symptoms have worsened, please consult your doctor. Do not use the drug for more than 7 days without prior medical consultation.
