Instructions for use:
The ADDITIVA vitamin B12 drinking ampoules consist of a two-chamber system. The liquid in the drinking ampoule contains L-carnitine, L-arginine and L-lysine. The vitamins B12, B6 and B2 are in powder form in the cap. Turn the cap clockwise until the safety ring is loosened and until it stops. Then shake the ampoule vigorously, twist the cap counterclockwise and swallow the contents. Only by turning the cap and then shaking it vigorously are the ingredients mixed and available.
