Active substances: alpha-escin, diethylamine salicylate and heparin. The other ingredients of the drug: carbomers, trolamine, isopropyl alcohol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), disodium edetate, purified water.

Aescin gel in the form of a gel is indicated for topical use, inter alia, in the treatment of injuries and inflammation. The Aescin gel acts anti-oedematous, anti-inflammatory, and also protects venous vessels. It contributes to the normalization of capillary membrane permeability, seals the endothelium of the capillaries and reduces the exudate of the lymph. The gel is well-suited for supportive use in reducing symptoms such as: pain and heaviness of the legs, itching of the skin, swelling of the lower limbs and cramps in the calf muscles occurring in disorders of the venous circulation of the lower limbs. The active substances are escin, heparin and diethylamine salicylate.
