The resin of the frankincense tree contains a natural, synergistic complex of essential oils, polysaccharides and special resin acids (boswellic acids). The complex contains 2 premium frankincense extracts, each containing 200 mg, for a total of 400 mg per capsule. On the one hand, this is the purely natural resin of the Ethiopian Boswellia carterii tree, combined with the very powerful Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the Indian Boswellia Serrata tree from wild collection. These are two particularly high-quality bowellia extracts: Indian frankincense contains 85% boswellic acid and African frankincense contains 80% bowellic acid and 20% special extract AKBA.
Recommended dosage:
2 capsules once daily. It is optimal to consume it at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or a freshly squeezed lemon.
