Recommended consumption:
Adults: Stir one heaped tablespoon (15 g, of which 3.00 g fiber) into liquid in the morning and evening and drink.
Children (under 12 years): one teaspoon (7.5 g, of which 1.50 g fiber) in the morning and evening.
Alen can be prepared with milk, juice or water. It should be taken immediately after mixing.
