Composition:
1 tablet. It contains 30 mg of ambroxol.
Action: The preparation expectorant action mucolytic. Acting pneumocyte type II cells and Clara stimulates the secretion of surfactant alveolar and bronchial.Increases the activity of the ciliary apparatus and to reduce the viscosity and quantity of mucous. Quickly and completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, reaching maximum concentration after 2 h after dosing. Easily penetrates into the tissue. In 90% bound to plasma proteins. T 0.5 is 10-12 h. Ambroxol is metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys as glucuronide conjugates.Penetrates the blood-brain barrier, the placenta and breast milk.
Indications: Acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with difficult expectoration of viscous mucus: cystic fibrosis, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma with impaired coughing, inflammation nasopharyngitis, sinusitis nose, laryngitis, bronchiectasis. Adjunct to pulmonary rehabilitation during the pre- and post-operative.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
Pregnancy and lactation: The product can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding only if clearly needed.
Undesirable effects: Sometimes, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (nausea, vomiting, constipation). Rare: hypersensitivity reactions (swelling of the face, skin lesions, shortness of breath, fever, chills). They can also occur: weakness, headache, increased salivation, runny nose, difficulty in urinating.
Dosage: Oral. Adults: 1 tablet. 3 times per day for 2-3 days and then 1 tablet. 2 times a day. Children from 7 r.ż .: 1/2 Table. 2 times a day.
