Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule per day with some liquid approximately 1 hour before a meal.
In exceptional cases, in stressful situations, up to five capsules per day can be taken at intervals of one to two hours.
If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and take the contents with some liquid
