Nasturtium
The nasturtium is a species of plant from the family of Nasturtium family (Tropaeolaceae) and originally comes from South and Central America. The indigenous peoples of South America have been using nasturtiums for centuries because of their valuable properties. The nasturtium is best known for its beautiful and brightly colored flowers and its spicy, spicy aroma. It can also be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. Nasturtium contains a variety of herbal ingredients, including mustard oils, which give it its characteristic taste. In addition, nasturtium is rich in vitamin C, minerals, carotenoids and flavonoids.

Horseradish
Horseradish, also known as Armoracia rusticana, belongs to the cruciferous family (Brassicaceae) and is a native plant in Europe. Horseradish is characterized by its intense hot and spicy taste and is therefore a popular ingredient in the kitchen (the root of horseradish is mainly used as a spice). The important components of horseradish are particularly found in the root, namely: glucosinolates (mustard oil glycosides), flavonoids, vitamin C, B vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.

By chopping or grating the root, an enzyme converts the glucosinolates into mustard oils, which are then released and give the horseradish its characteristic taste.

Rose hip
Another ingredient in AnginKa is the rose hip. The rose hip, also known as the fruit of roses, arises from the false fruits of, among other things, the dog rose (Rosa canina). In spring, the rosehip bush is decorated with beautiful white or pink flowers, and in late summer and into autumn these ripen into red fruits.

The rose hips are characterized by a fruity-sour taste. The rose hip fruits are rich in valuable nutrients. What is particularly noteworthy is their high vitamin C content. Vitamin C has numerous important functions in the body, including contributing to the normal functioning of the immune system.

The capsules are 100% vegan, lactose, gluten, sugar and fructose free.

Ingredients
Nasturtium seeds, horseradish root, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), rose hip extract.

Recommended consumption
: 4 capsules once a day, alternatively 2 capsules each morning and lunchtime. It is optimal to consume it at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250ml of still, lukewarm water.
