Recommended consumption:
Consume 1 capsule daily, preferably during a meal.

Zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate (39.6%), filler cellulose, copper gluconate (4.0%), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), gelatin (capsule shell). Free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts. Without nanomaterial.
