Zinc-selenium MensSana
Vegan dietary supplement with the trace elements zinc and selenium.
Zinc-selenium MensSana contributes to the normal function of the immune system with its high-quality zinc and selenium content. Zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress. The trace element selenium also contributes to normal thyroid function and the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Both ingredients are only available in an organic compound: zinc gluconate and selenium methionine from selenium-enriched yeast. They are therefore optimally bioavailable.
Because it is filled into a vegetable cellulose capsule, Zinc-Selenium MensSana is also suitable for a vegan diet.
Recommended dosage:
Adults and adolescents consume 1 capsule daily before eating with plenty of water.

Zinc warning:
