Composition of Zincas forte:
Active substance: zinc hydrogen aspartate dihydrate. One tablet contains 27 mg of zinc ions in the form of 150 mg of zinc hydrogen aspartate dihydrate and excipients: potato starch, sucrose, talc, magnesium stearate, dextrin, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type C), microcrystalline cellulose.
Operation of Zincas forte:
A drug to be used to replenish zinc deficiency in the body. Zincas forte contains as much as 25 mg of zinc ions in each tablet. Zinc is responsible, inter alia, for regulating the production of growth hormone and sex hormones, it is very important in the production of sperm and eggs. It also participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids and in the process of cell division and growth. Zinc's tasks also include supporting the secretion and storage of insulin. Zinc deficiency may manifest as disorders in the proper functioning of the skin and the nervous, skeletal, immune and digestive systems.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in children and adolescents under 15 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use with diagnosed renal failure. Do not use simultaneously with certain drugs, e.g. antibiotics (tetracyclines), acetylsalicylic acid, NSAIDs, hydrochlorothiazide and other drugs that increase urine output, penicillamine, corticosteroids, calcium, copper, iron products.
Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug: abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, headache, a metallic taste in the mouth (this occurs when taking more than the recommended dose). With prolonged use of the drug, copper deficiency and anemia may occur.
Dosage of Zincas forte tablets:
Take the drug as prescribed by your doctor or directions on the leaflet. Use orally, after a meal, washed down with a sufficient amount of water. Daily dose for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: one tablet. Do not use with dairy products as they reduce the bioavailability of zinc.
