Is Zincum Gluconicum the same as zinc?

Two forms of zinc are the active ingredient in these products. The labels will say zincum aceticum and zincum gluconicum . These are the homeopathic names for zinc acetate and zinc gluconate .
zincum gluconicum benefits:
Duration of hoarseness, sore throat, nasal drainage and nasal congestion were significantly shorter in the zinc group than in the placebo group. Duration of scratchy throat and sneezing were shorter in the zinc group than in the placebo group, but not significantly so.

1 ampoule of 2 ml liquid dilution contains: 2 ml Zincum gluconicum D4 aquos. dil. (HAB, regulations 5a, 11; D1 with purified water).

Experience has shown it to be used for:
Registered homeopathic medicine, therefore without specifying a therapeutic indication.

Application:
Inject 1-2 ml subcutaneously daily. Discard the remainder after opening.

Precautions:
Since there is no adequately documented experience with use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor. There is no adequately documented experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
