Zopidorm is a mixture of standardized extracts containing 1 capsule as follows:
valerian 150mg, pepper 150mg, chamomile 50mg, 5-Hydroxytryptophan 50mg., L-theanine
ZOPIDORM Action of the ingredients:
Valerian - Valeriana officinalis - helps to reduce the excitability of the central nervous system, and therefore to fall asleep faster.
Piper- Piper methysticum- beneficial effect on feelings of anxiety and worry. There are no side effects of other products with a similar effect and it is not addictive. Reduces stress, makes it easier to fall asleep. It is used in the fight against daily stress, as well as for long-term treatment of feelings of anxiety and tension.
5-HTP- 5-hydroxy tryptophan- provides the synthesis of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is important for a number of processes in the central nervous system, such as controlling anger, aggression, body temperature, mood, sleep, appetite, sexuality and more. 5-Hydroxytryptophan is used for sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, stress syndrome, migraine, excessive appetite and others.
Chamomile - enhances the calming effect of other ingredients.
L-Theanine - effectively reduces stress and anxiety, has a calming effect. This amino acid reduces frequent waking at night, nightmares and shallow sleep. Effectively reduces the feeling of sleep deprivation, constant fatigue, lack of energy and mood swings.
ZOPIDORM Dosage:
1 capsule 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
