MYRRH TINCTURE uses and benefits:
Myrrh is used to make medicine. Myrrh is used for indigestion, ulcers, colds, cough, asthma, lung congestion, arthritis pain, cancer, leprosy, spasms, and syphilis. It is also used as a stimulant and to increase menstrual flow.

100 g myrrh tincture contain: medicinally active ingredients: 100 g myrrh tincture (1:5 [ratio of drug to extractant]); Extraction agent: ethanol 90% (V/V)
Herbal medicine for inflammation in the mouth and throat.
Areas of application and type of application:
Local treatment of mild inflammation of the mouth and throat mucosa. For dabbing the oral mucosa and for gargling and rinsing after dilution.

Has a soothing effect on pressure points in the mouth and inflammation of the mouth and throat mucosa.

Myrrh tincture is traditionally used for inflammation of the mouth and throat. It also has a soothing effect on pressure points in the mouth caused by wearing braces or dentures.
The affected mucosal areas are dabbed with Lamotte myrrh tincture two to three times a day. Myrrh tincture is also ideal for rinsing the mouth and throat. To do this, add five to ten drops of tincture to a glass of water and gargle the solution.

Myrrh tincture should not be used by alcoholics.
Precautions for use and warnings:
There are no adequate studies on the use of myrrh tincture during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age. Myrrh tincture should therefore not be used by this group of people.
Interactions with other agents:
None known.
Warning:
This medicinal product contains 85% alcohol by volume.
Dosage instructions and type of application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the affected areas of the mucous membrane are dabbed with the tincture 2-3 times a day or 5 to 10 drops of tincture are added to a glass of water for gargling or rinsing.
