- Smectite - an adsorbent that binds harmful substances - bacteria, viruses and toxins - and protects the mucous membrane, due to its chemical and physical structure it also has properties that protect the gastrointestinal mucosa against harmful and irritating substances.
- Prebiotic – stimulates the development of proper intestinal microflora and builds its immunity. MOS mannanoligosaccharides also have the ability to bind some pathogens, e.g. E. coli.
- Electrolytes, salt, potassium, magnesium - strengthen the body and help restore the body's water and electrolyte balance. The appropriate level of electrolytes is necessary to properly maintain the body's vital functions.
- L-glutamine – supports the regeneration of the intestinal epithelium and is also a source of easily digestible energy for the intestinal mucosa.
- Dextrose and glycerol - strengthen the body, add energy and mobilize for faster recovery.
Use
Before use, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian. Administer orally according to the table or veterinarian's recommendations, recommended duration of use: 1-2 weeks. In milder cases, 3-day administration of the paste may be sufficient. If it is necessary to administer the paste for longer than 3 days, the dose can usually be reduced by half after the third day of use. The syringe plunger is graduated every 1 ml. The appropriate amount of paste is measured by turning the ring on the syringe plunger. The measured portion is then squeezed directly into the animal's mouth and, if necessary, can be mixed with a small amount of food, ensuring that the entire portion is eaten.
