Additive E551C for horses

Equus kieselguhr contains silicic acid (silicon dioxide) as the most important component, an important substance for the organism. Silicic acid can have a positive effect on hooves, skin and hair and thus have a beneficial effect on itchy skin, hair loss, saddle pressure and tendon weakness. Applied externally, it cleanses the skin.

In order to achieve a corresponding effect, diatomaceous earth should be fed over a period of 4-6 months.



Feeding Diatomaceous earth for horses, EQUUS recommendation:


Foals:
10g/day = 1 measuring spoon

Young horses and ponies:
20g/day = 2 measuring spoons

Horses (from 500 kg):
50g/day = 5 measuring spoons administer with the feed
