Powder for mixing a protein-rich collagen drink
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 serving (5 g powder - 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) once a day with 200 ml of water. It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day in addition.
Preparation:
Add 1 serving (5 g powder - 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) and 200 ml cold water or juice into a shaker with a whisk and shake for 10 seconds. A slight foaming is normal.
