OSTADYN Ingredients:

OSTADYN Recommended intake:
7 capsules once a day, or alternatively 4 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at noon. Consume at least 15 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability.
