Turmeric or turmeric root (Curcuma longa) belongs to the ginger family. Turmeric contains the important secondary plant substance curcumin, which gives the root its deep yellow-orange color. Because of the curcumin, the turmeric root is not only known as a spice, but also has a long tradition in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. Aurica Curcuma capsules are enhanced with piperine, a natural component of black pepper.

One capsule contains 400 mg of turmeric extract.

Ingredients: Curcuma longa extract (79.2%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), pepper extract (0.4%).

Recommended consumption: 3 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
