Acidophilic Iron + Vitamin C is a composition of Lactobacterium mazuni "Karine" (a natural bouquet of 19 bacterial strains), iron and vitamin C.
- Iron and vitamin C contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and normal oxygen transport in the body.
- Iron has a function in cell division.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
- Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress, increases iron absorption and contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily 15 to 20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, unless you are intolerant to dairy products). The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in the drink. For optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding + 10° C, out of reach of children. It can be stored at room temperature only during transport.
