Recommended intake:

Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule twice daily (after dissolving in a drink)

Take the capsules 15 to 20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, unless you are intolerant to dairy products). The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in a drink. Children under 6 years of age may only take the product after dissolving it in a drink.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding + 10° C, out of reach of children. It can be stored at room temperature during transportation. The packaging technology and a special manufacturing process guarantee the viability of probiotic bacteria and their appropriate dosage during transportation outside refrigeration conditions.

Do not exceed the recommended portions for consumption during a day. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to product components. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should take the preparation after consulting a doctor.
