The use and dosage of Narum Forte
Dosage :
- Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take 1 to 6 capsules daily .
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 to 3 capsules daily
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 to 2 capsules daily
Recommended use : Take 15 to 20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in case of intolerance to dairy products).
If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsules can also be opened and the contents can be dissolved in a drink.
Duration of use : For optimal effect, a period of 6-12 weeks is recommended.
Further information : Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during one day. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
