The dietary supplement Narum Travel is a composition of Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, alder cone extract, activated dried linden charcoal, blackberry leaves and metabolites Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine.
Recommended dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules twice daily before meals
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily before meals
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature. The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in the drink.
