Powder for mixing a protein-rich collagen drink
Recommended intake:
Take 1 serving (2.5 g powder – 1 slightly heaped scoop) daily with plenty of water. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of water per day in addition.
Preparation:
Add 1 serving (2.5 g powder – 1 slightly heaped scoop) and 200 ml of cold water or juice to a shaker fitted with a mesh strainer and shake for 10 seconds. A slight foaming effect is normal.
