dolomite 20 g (of which Calcium 4.48 g and magnesium 2.56 g)
Recommended intake
Take 1 level scoop 1-2 times a day with meals with a glass (at least 100 ml) of water.
Before intense exertion (training & competition), stir 1 additional scoop into the respective sports drink.
The duration of intake should be at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stresses are given.
Intake is recommended for adults over 18 years of age.
Hints
Apart from occasional constipation (constipation), no side effects are known. This is particularly important if you have chronic constipation. In order to avoid undesirable interactions with medication, we recommend taking PANACEO SPORT PRO-SUPPORT with medication 2 hours later, whereby medication should be taken before the PMA-Zeolite® unless otherwise prescribed. Inform your doctor if you are taking medication at the same time, as PANACEO SPORT PRO-SUPPORT can increase the body's own immune activity as a side effect. Patients with heart medication should inform their doctor about taking it because of the dolomite content.
Discontinue use if you notice an unexpected effect.
Do not exceed the stated daily dose without consulting your doctor. Do not inhale. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years old. Always close the can after use.
