- The preparation is a herbal medicine for calming down.

The medicine is used in:
- nervous sleep disorders
- If you don't feel better or even worse after 4 weeks, contact your doctor.
dosage
- Always take this medicine exactly as described or as your doctor or pharmacist has discussed. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is

for adults and adolescents over 12 years:
- For the treatment of nervous insomnia, one coated tablet 1/2 to 1 hour before going to bed. If necessary, you can also take one coated tablet earlier in the evening.
- The single dose corresponds to 50 to 75% of 2 to 3 g of valerian root and 50 to 75% of 0.5 g of hop cones.

Duration of application
- The duration of use is not limited in principle. If the symptoms persist for 4 weeks or if they worsen, you should consult a doctor.
- Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

If you take more than you should
- If you accidentally take twice or three times the prescribed dose (equivalent to 2 or 3 coated tablets of this medicinal product), this will usually not have any adverse consequences. In this case, continue taking as described or as directed by your doctor. If you have overdosed this medicine significantly, you should consult a doctor.
- The ingestion of valerian root in a dosage of more than 20 g (corresponds to about 18 coated tablets) caused the following symptoms: tiredness, abdominal cramps, tightness in the chest, emptiness in the head, trembling of the hands and dilation of the pupils, which disappeared again after 24 hours. Appropriate treatment should be given if symptoms occur.

If you forget to take a dose:
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

- The intake can be interrupted or ended at any time

- Swallow the coated tablets whole after meals with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

Taking with other medicines
- There are limited data on drug interactions. Clinically relevant interactions have not yet been observed. Driving and using machines
- The use of the preparation up to 2 hours before actively participating in road traffic, operating machines or working without a secure footing is not recommended, as the ability to react can be impaired even when used as intended. This applies to a greater extent in conjunction with alcohol.
