Evacol is a medical device useful in cases of constipation. Due to its osmotic action it regulates intestinal peristalsis.

Each sachet contains: 13,125 g. Macrogol (polyethylene glycol) 3350.
Excipients: silicon dioxide, flavoring, saccharin sodium.

EFFECOL 3350 SASHETS Dosage and use:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet (13.3 g) 1-3 times a day.
Open the sachet and dissolve the contents in 125 ml (about 1 cup) of water.
In case of prolonged use, you can reduce the intake to 1-2 sachets per day.

EFFECOL 3350 SASHETS Storage conditions:
Store the product in a dry place away from heat and light sources.
Open the sachet immediately before use.
Do not use in case of damaged sachets.
Keep out of reach of children at room temperature (<25 ° C).

EFFECOL 3350 SASHETS Warnings:
Do not take Evacol in cases of intestinal stenosis or obstruction, perforation of the intestinal tract, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis).
At doses required for a therapeutic effect, no side effects have been reported.
Occasionally, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain, nausea and mild diarrhea may occur.

To date, no drug interactions have been reported, but it is recommended that the product be taken at least 2 hours after taking other oral forms due to the osmotic action of macrogol.
Pregnant and breast-feeding women should only take Evacol on prescription.
