Recommended consumption:
only take once daily.
Pour the daily portion of powder 20 g (depending on the product selected, 2 level measuring spoons or 1 portion bag) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of still water while stirring. Drink with or after a meal. Alternatively, the daily portion can be divided into two meals.
Special groups of people:
• Children aged 11-14 take 2 heaped teaspoons (13 g) once a day. Children aged 4-10 take 1 heaped teaspoon (7 g) once a day.
• Also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women in consultation with the gynecological specialist.
