Nifuroxazide GEDEON RICHTER 100 mg x 24 capsules
Nifuroxazide Gedeon Richter is an antibiotic used in the treatment of diarrhea caused by a bacterial infection. The drug is not absorbed, so it only acts locally in the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract. It is highly effective against many pathogenic strains, while not disturbing the physiological intestinal microflora.

- Acute and chronic diarrhea of bacterial origin.
- Other medical conditions with diarrhea.
Nifuroxazide Gedeon Richter - contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to nifuroxazide or any of the other ingredients of the drug.
- Hypersensitivity to other active substances from the group of nitrofuran derivatives.
- Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (risk of haemolytic anemia).
- Age below 7 years of age (depending on the formulation of the drug).
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation.
Nifuroxazide (NIFUROKSAZYD) Gedeon Richter 100 mg 24, Nifuroxazide Gedeon Richter - dosage:
Preparation for oral use. Take the tablet with 100 ml (about half a glass) of non-carbonated water. Do not crush, divide, chew, or suck.
Adults and children over 7 years of age:
2 tablets (200 mg) 4 times a day, every 6 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist or worsen after 3 days, see your doctor.
Nifuroxazide Gedeon Richter - side effects

Nifuroxazide Gedeon Richter may cause drowsiness and impairment of psychophysical fitness, the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
