Application:
The bamboo vitality plaster contains bamboo vinegar, the excellent quality of which guarantees a unique absorption power. Before going to sleep, stick it on the desired parts of the body, e.g. the soles of the feet, and allow the invigorating and vitalizing effect to unfold overnight. You can also use the bamboo plaster as a refreshing and vitality plaster for direct application to other parts of the body, such as the neck, arms, back, elbows, etc.

Duration of treatment:
Daily for approx. 2-3 weeks.
