Even small wounds, irritation of the mucous membranes or skin damage on hands, feet and joints can be painful and long-lasting. Kamillan ® Pharma Wernigerode offers natural and uncomplicated help for a wide variety of injuries and inflammations of the skin and mucous membranes: the herbal medicinal product combines the pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and healing-promoting properties of chamomile and yarrow and can thus quickly and effectively soothe irritated mucous membranes and promote the healing of injured and support damaged skin and bring sensitive skin into balance.
With camomile and yarrow
camomile® combines the active ingredients real chamomile and yarrow in a herbal medicine that has been used for prevention and treatment for 45 years. Chamomile actively promotes wound healing and is valued for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Yarrow also has an analgesic and haemostatic effect and can strengthen the mucous membrane. In medicinal preparation, the medicinal plants help to close small cracks and injuries in the skin, promote healing processes and stop bleeding. Irritated skin and mucous membranes are also less sensitive to pain.

FOR USE Kamillan ®Pharma Wernigerorde can be used as a first aider for numerous complaints and can be used internally and externally. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults can use Kamillan ® as follows: Neck and throat: Put 1 measuring cup of Kamillan ® in 1 glass of lukewarm water and gargle with the diluted solution in the morning and evening. If possible, do not rinse out the oral cavity afterwards. Oral mucosa: Prepare the mouthwash in the same way as the gargle solution and rinse the oral cavity several times a day. Alternatively, a few drops of Kamillan ® diluted with water can be applied several times a day using a cotton swab or dental brush. Stressed, sensitive skin: For a hand, foot or hip bath, add 10 ml of Kamillan ®to 1 liter of warm water. Carry out the partial bath for approx. 10 to 20 minutes for damaged skin on hands and feet or for wounds and injuries in the genital area. Gastrointestinal complaints: Put 2.5 to 5 ml of Kamillan ® in a small glass of tea or water 1 to 3 times a day and drink up completely.

THE COLD PERIOD
If you have a sore throat and a dry throat, you should react early when you have a cold or if you have to talk a lot. Gargling several times a day can soothe the irritated mucous membrane and prevent infections.

Is Kamillan ®suitable for children?
In principle, Kamillan ® should not be used on children under the age of 12. The external use of Kamillan ® , for example as a gargle solution, mouthwash or bath additive, is safe for children and adolescents from the age of 12. Internal applications, such as oral intake to support gastrointestinal function, are not recommended for children and adolescents under the age of 18.
Can Kamillan ® be used as a bath additive?
Camillan ®is very well suited as a medicinal bath additive for sitz baths and partial baths for numerous ailments: For heavily stressed hands after intensive house and garden work as well as for small injuries and damaged skin on the feet, after sports or long hikes. Sitz baths with Kamillan ® can be used for wounds in the genital area (fissures, haemorrhoids), to heal wounds after giving birth with an episiotomy or for sensitive skin caused by vaginal dryness. Kamillan ® is not suitable as a caring bath additive for a full bath.
Is a permanent use of Kamillan ® possible?
Due to the recognized good tolerability, the application period of Kamillan ®not limited in time and long-term use possible. If your symptoms do not improve or even worsen despite treatment, please consult a doctor.
How long does Kamillan ® keep ?
The Kamillan ® expiry date is printed on the folding box and the bottle label. Please do not use the medicine after the expiration date. After opening the bottle, Kamillan ®lasting six months. Always keep the medicine out of the reach of children and do not store it above 25°C. Please note that preparations derived from plants tend to become cloudy and flocculate if stored for a long period of time. This does not affect the effectiveness of the drug.
