Suprasorb P
PU Foam Dressing.
Suprasorb P absorbs wound exudate quickly and safely, as the fine-pored PU foam develops a very good capillary effect directly at the wound base. The material adapts to the wound base. The special surface texture of the wound contact layer of Suprasorb P—the all-rounder in wound care—is gentle on easily damaged surfaces and healing wounds. The semi-permeable PU carrier layer ensures the ideal moist wound environment. Even after absorbing fluid, the dressing retains its shape. It is bacteria- and waterproof*. Suprasorb P is easy to apply, soft, and comfortable to wear. Suprasorb P is available in four versions: non-adhesive, self-adhesive, sacrum, and heel. The self-adhesive version also features a skin-friendly adhesive edge.
*Suprasorb P non-adhesive.

Dressing change interval:
Determined by the attending physician based on the wound condition, degree of exudate, and secondary dressing, but no later than after 5-7 days. As soon as the discoloration reaches the wound edge, the dressing should be changed.
Notes:
Suprasorb P can be used as a secondary dressing for wounds at risk of infection as part of regular antimicrobial therapy. When dry, Suprasorb P can be easily cut to the individual wound size. The dressing should overlap the wound edges by approximately 2 cm.
