Safekeeping/Storage:
When stored in a dry place, best before end: see embossing on the bottom. L: see bottom embossing.

Consumption recommendation:
Stir 1 portion (1 measuring spoon = 7.5 g) of the granulate into yoghurt, quark, milk or cornflakes once a day (e.g. in the morning for breakfast) and consume.
Also ideal for sprinkling on fruit salads or desserts. You can also swallow your daily dose of Arthrotana Granules whole with some liquid. Arthrotana granules can be consumed regularly over a long period of time.
